1. Fine Macaroon grade
2. Medium grade
3. Extra fine grade

Each individual cut is sampled and tested for moisture, free fatty acid, particle size distribution and micro biologically tested before being packed into polyethelene bags linen with 4 ply kraft paper

At crucial points in the various stages of production the output is quality tested and the whole process is run under stringent hygiene conditions. Apart from the inherent need for hygiene in production of any form of food products, it is even more critical here due to the particularly sensitive nature of coconut products to the slightest presence of bacteria
